Would you like to focus on what really matters: good therapy? Then we may be a good fit. We are a small, privately run psychotherapy practice in the heart of Leipzig. Our aim is to work to sound professional standards, with humanity and sustainability, rather than to maximise revenue.

What you can expect

• You provide therapy. Our reception team handles appointments, applications, billing and practice administration.
• Fixed, family-friendly working hours: 24–30 hours, with part-time work possible.
• Permanent employment with social insurance contributions and 30 days of annual leave on a full-time basis.

• Good equipment: the materials and tools you need to provide good therapy, without unnecessary negotiation.

What we are looking for

• A German licence to practise behavioural therapy (Approbation) and entry in the medical register.
• Enjoyment of outpatient psychotherapy.
• Independent working, willingness to learn and openness.
• An interest in meaningful professional exchange with colleagues.

Start date: 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Newly qualified therapists are explicitly welcome. If this way of working appeals to you, we look forward to your application.
